Senior Tax Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Tax Manager to take on complex projects across various industries.

  • Structuring mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate reorganizations
  • Providing strategic advisory services on property-related tax matters
  • Tax planning and succession strategy development
  • Oversight and review of corporation tax and income tax computations and compliance
