We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Manager to oversee the implementation of our customer journey throughout our stores. As a key member of our team, you will support a group of Visual Merchandisers within your responsible stores.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional direct customer service by establishing extensive knowledge around trends, products, and styling across the Store Team
  • Ensure excellent indirect customer service by delivering an impactful store experience and clear customer journey
  • Analyse selling information and service results, taking responsibility for the visual direction of the store to maximise sales performance
  • Lead and motivate a team of Visual Merchandiser to achieve excellent visual standard of your responsible stores
  • Collaborate with store management team to conduct visual changes and define the customer journey when needed
  • Identify future talents and put together development plans to support their progression
  • Set the visual merchandising standard for your responsible stores and train the team to understand the COS collection, story of key products and inspiration background
  • Communicate with Area Visual and provide feedback to the Area Team and Store Management Team regularly

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Understanding of the latest trends, fashion and silhouettes
  • Experience working with visual-merchandising guidelines, including window display and mannequin styling
  • Knowledge of operational routines in-store
  • Experience taking informed VM actions based on commercial KPIs and sales data
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Experience leading a team or supervising others is an advantage
