We are seeking an accomplished High-End Sales Professional to join our esteemed team. This dynamic role involves providing exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on luxury timepieces, and assisting clients in selecting the perfect watch that suits their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer expert guidance to customers on high-end and premium watch collections.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of various watch brands, movements, complications, and materials.
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience through personalized service and consultation.
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing watches based on their preferences and lifestyle.
  • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing watch display, ensuring all timepieces are presented to the highest standard.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new releases, and technical innovations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Support sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting watch collections.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, watch sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of horology, watch brands, and craftsmanship.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
