Regeneron Ireland DAC is seeking a highly experienced Director Program Operations Leader (POL) to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical operations and leadership, with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
The POL will oversee clinical operations activities, including quality, timelines, and budgets related to the conduct of clinical research studies. This individual will maintain an overview of clinical program status and issues, communicate progress, risks, and changes that may impact quality, timelines, and budget.
The ideal candidate will provide operational insight into feasibility, timeline, and cost estimates during clinical program/study development. They will also ensure consistency within the program and develop best practices within CTM.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversight of clinical study timelines
- Operational expertise during protocol design, feasibility, study start-up, and conduct phases
- Development of clinical study budgets and management of vendor relationships
- Ensuring timely delivery of quality operational deliverables
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of relevant sponsor-side pharmaceutical industry experience, with 8 years within clinical trial management.
