About the Role

  • You'll lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and engagement in our C&C function.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead contract teams in agreement processing, contract management, and related activities.
  2. Work effectively with technical, financial, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure delivery of cross-functional objectives.
  3. Ensure contractual obligations are met in accordance with approved regulatory connection policy and corporate governance standards.
  4. Represent EirGrid in stakeholder and customer engagements, managing complex and challenging interactions.
  5. Lead strategic change to adapt to meet changing customer needs and company strategy.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • A broad understanding of the power industry, customers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in leading effective customer and stakeholder engagement in a complex environment.
  • An in-depth knowledge of Transmission Connection Agreements and contracts, as well as the regulatory framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
