Job Description

As a Senior Recovery Driver, you will be responsible for safely recovering vehicles from various locations, adhering to company policies and procedures. You will work closely with our team to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a recovery vehicle to transport vehicles to designated locations
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client requests and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A valid C driving license
  • Previous experience in the recovery industry, preferably with a similar role

  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
