Project Lead Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Project Lead Manager to oversee and manage a team of professionals in the delivery of high-profile projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform project decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
  • Possess a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in asphalt/road maintenance.
  • Demonstrate operational and managerial expertise, including leadership and team management skills.
  • Show excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to changing project demands.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Hold a full driving license.
