We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineering Manager to join our team. This key role is responsible for transforming customer process requirements into deliverable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-level design concepts and document client process needs to share with customers.
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop reliable and efficient solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Promote cost-effective solution delivery by working with project managers and tendering teams.
  • Support business development teams in preparing quotations and tender documents.
  • Contribute to design, procurement, and project delivery activities.
  • Provide support for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
  • Develop documentation to support assembly, commissioning, and operation of modular systems, including technical files for CE Mark self-certification.
Candidate Requirements
  • A degree at level 8 or higher in an engineering or scientific discipline.
  • Proven experience managing process or design teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on cost-effective solution delivery.
  • Extensive technical knowledge of process design, construction, and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment plants.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in the water/wastewater industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to travel to customer sites in Ireland and the UK.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Project.
