The Limerick-based Custody Client Service team is responsible for managing 650+ clients. This team works closely with internal teams to gather information, ensuring prompt quality responses for all client queries.
As a Custody Relationship Manager, you will be based in Limerick and develop and maintain client relationships internally and externally. You will work as an individual within a team environment, owning the service delivery to significant clients or multiple clients.
Your key responsibilities will include managing custody relationships for assigned clients, serving as the point of consultation for clients, initiating frequent proactive communication, and conducting regular service reviews.
You will also be responsible for building effective relationships with critical business partners, tracking service and delivery results against project plans, and monitoring service delivery through various means, including client reviews and internal/external surveys.
Additionally, you will provide appropriate escalation of service and delivery issues/opportunities to Relationship Managers/Client Service Managers/Internal Stakeholders and assist the team at all opportunities to deliver proactive, unparalleled service to clients.
This role requires a strong team player with a positive 'can do' attitude and ability to learn and share client strategy, products, and industry initiatives. The ideal candidate must operate independently with in-depth knowledge of the business and a proven ability to improve service delivery, increase efficiency, effectiveness, and overall productivity.
