Senior Associate Lawyer



Overview:

This is a permanent role offering exciting opportunities for professional growth within an international law firm.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on healthcare law, child protection law, and regulatory prosecutions.
  • Deliver tailored legal training and workshops for professionals.
  • Represent various statutory authorities, including child protection agencies, healthcare providers, and local authorities.
  • Take a hands-on approach in advocacy, with potential court appearances.


Requirements:
  • Experience: 4+ PQE in litigation, child protection, healthcare law, or prosecutions.
  • Qualifications: Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland, England, or Wales.
  • Skills: Collaboration, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver legal training.
  • Advocacy: Experience in court advocacy is preferred but not essential.
