Sr. Risk Management Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Risk Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing risk management activities within our organization.

You will work closely with internal teams to influence the quality and effectiveness of risk management processes. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and recommending alternative solutions to improve risk management systems, acting as a subject matter resource for entry-level and developing colleagues, conducting assessments of risk management effectiveness and compliance, and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance risk management practices.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

In addition to your technical skills, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
