Job Description

The Senior Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day engineering activities on site, ensuring the project adheres to design specifications and timelines. This includes acting as the main point of contact for all engineering-related matters on site, liaising with the design team, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating engineering tasks across various disciplines (civil, structural, M&E) to ensure seamless integration of all engineering aspects of the development.
  • Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day engineering activities on site, ensuring the project adheres to design specifications and timelines.
  • Liaising with the design team, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction.
  • Providing engineering support to the site team, ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with the approved design, regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience in an engineering role, with a strong background in residential developments. Experience in coordinating and managing engineering tasks across multiple disciplines (civil, structural, M&E). Strong technical knowledge and experience in construction engineering, particularly in apartment or residential projects.
