Job RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in Ireland or the UK.
- Proven ability to lead construction projects, with a focus on customer satisfaction and project excellence.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and maintain high standards of housekeeping and site welfare.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Liaising with subcontractors, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinating with technical teams for material certifications and compliance.
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance on-site and reporting any issues to the Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor.
A competitive salary circa €70,000 - €80,000, discretionary bonus, travel allowance, or company van. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to our employees.
