Cyber Data Engineering Leader

As a key player in driving business growth and operational efficiency through advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future. Based in Dublin, Ireland, this hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute data-driven strategies to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data analytics solutions that meet business needs.
  3. Lead data operations activities to ensure seamless data flow, accuracy, and integrity.
  4. Drive innovation by staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and analytics.
  5. Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading data engineering teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong technical skills in data engineering, including proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
