About the Role

As a member of our housekeeping team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our hotel. This involves cleaning and servicing bathrooms, public areas, and employee spaces to ensure guests have a comfortable stay.

The successful candidate will be responsible for checking tasks delegated to them are completed to a high standard and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our performance and delivery standards. They will also need to anticipate guest needs and provide excellent service to meet their expectations.

  • To clean and maintain the resort's bathrooms, public areas, and employee spaces.
  • To check that all tasks assigned to them are completed to a high standard.
  • To understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • To deal with customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • To ensure all guests feel welcome and receive excellent service.
  • To work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications, Education, & Experience
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with leadership ability and personal initiative.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) is preferred.
