Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Managing Pharmacist in the day-to-day running of the dispensary.

This includes:

  1. Collaborating with the Managing Pharmacist to maintain high standards of patient care and customer satisfaction.
  2. Adhering to strict operating procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  3. Providing expert advice on over-the-counter medicines and ensuring staff are trained to handle prescriptions accurately.
  4. Managing stock levels and inventory, ensuring timely ordering and storage of medications.
  5. Supervising the pharmacy during the Managing Pharmacist's absence and maintaining a safe working environment.

In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve company goals.
  • Take ownership of their professional development, participating in training and mentorship opportunities.
