Corporate Fitness Lead

Role Brief:
Leading all fitness classes and collaborating on new fitness plans and strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will have proof of relevant Personal Training/Fitness Instructor Qualification to level 4 or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a corporate health and fitness setting adhering to professional conduct and behaviour.
- Ensure health and fitness facilities are clean, safe and clear of obstructions.
- Carry out inductions with new members, assess health issues and provide guidance.
- Conduct monthly reassessments for current members.
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Minimum 2+ years' experience teaching various classes including Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Spin, Combat Fitness/Boxing, Mobility and Resistance Bands.
