Job Opportunity: Annotation Analyst

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to fill the role of Annotation Analyst. As an Annotation Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing clients' Terms of Service, and gathering data to improve user experience.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong personal resilience, excellent interpersonal skills, and high adaptability. You will work as part of a team to identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve reported issues via ticketing system
  • Enforce clients' Terms of Service by monitoring reports of abuse on the platform
  • Become knowledgeable about clients' products and community standards
  • Use market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions to improve support for our community of users
  • Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve user experience
  • Recognize trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to global team
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions

Languages Skills

You must be fluent in the market language on a near-native level (C1-C2) in oral and written communication, with in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region. You must also have an advanced level of English (C1).

Working Hours

We offer flexible working hours, either:

  • Day shift: 9:00am to 5:30pm
  • Evening shift: 6pm – 2am

Please note that there are no rotations. You will work Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends and bank holidays.
