Job Description:
As a Black Utilities Specialist, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, air handling units (AHUs), compressed air, steam systems, cooling towers, and water treatment systems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure continuous and efficient operation of black utilities to support manufacturing and facility needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
For this role, we are looking for a highly skilled individual with a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in black utilities engineering, facility maintenance, or industrial utilities within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing environment. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering or a related field. In addition, you should have a thorough understanding of boilers, chillers, steam systems, HVAC, compressed air, and water treatment, as well as knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems) and energy management principles.
