About the Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst Role

This is a dynamic position within our European Planning and Performance team that involves delivering performance reporting and financial forecasting to support business decisions and maintain financial oversight.

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining GAAP and MI financial models and forecasts to support analysis and decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain GAAP and MI financial models and forecasts to support analysis and decision-making.
  • Coordinate the Annual Operating Plan and ongoing forecasts by gathering inputs, updating financial models, and preparing summary materials.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and analyze results against the plan.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of performance reports, including profitability analysis and trend identification.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business (e.g., Distribution, Proposition, Financial Control, and Commercial) to collect data and respond to queries.
  • Drive process improvements as part of Project Enhance.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree or equivalent.
  • Languages: English language proficiency.
