We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to join our team at Cpl Resources - HR.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including operational effectiveness, staff engagement, and recruitment. They will also be expected to drive a positive organisational culture and provide support to the business in achieving its strategic objectives.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of HR, including operational effectiveness and staff engagement
  • Drive a positive organisational culture with a diverse workforce
  • Support the business in achieving its strategic objectives

The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or a related subject and a CIPD qualification. They will also have hands-on experience of Irish employment law and be able to work on-site 5 days a week.

A background in a managerial capacity within a care, Not for Profit, or charity sector would be a significant advantage.
