The Compliance Risk Officer - ICRM Governance role requires a skilled professional who can establish and maintain effective risk management frameworks, adhering to Citi's Mission and Value Proposition and Risk Appetite.

In this position, you will work closely with the Europe ICRM Governance team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs aimed at preventing violations of law, rule, or regulation. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining Compliance programs, policies, and practices that align with Citi's risk management objectives.
  • Preparing and presenting reports related to compliance risk assessments and monitoring of compliance-related issues.
  • Reviewing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and identifying potential compliance risks.
  • Responding to regulatory inquiries and recommending solutions to senior management.
  • Overseeing adherence to Citi's Compliance Risk Policies and relevant procedures.
  • Collaborating with other teams within Citigroup Inc. as needed.
  • Staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and internal policy updates.

Qualifications and Key Skills:

  • Substantial knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies, with a focus on EU Laws Rules and Regulations (LRRs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various audiences.
  • Proven experience in Compliance, risk management, or related fields, with a track record of success in similar roles.
