Electrical and Mechanical Expertise Required

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the UK and Ireland. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the execution, repair and maintenance of our pumps for our customers.

You will work individually or as part of a team to address customer requests in an efficient and professional manner. Your tasks may include:

  • Disassembling, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing and replacing parts
  • Reassembling pumps and pump systems

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the industry or comparable environment with a good knowledge of pump technology
  • A technical education in electrical/mechanical engineering
  • An understanding of Health and Safety best practices
  • Experience working within a customer-centric environment and the ability to communicate among various stakeholders and customers
  • Solid digital literacy with the ability to use various internal systems
