Job Description

The F&B Administrator/Host is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the Food & Beverage department. This role involves handling various tasks such as reservations, event coordination, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Reservations & Event Coordination: Manage guest bookings, coordinate events, and ensure a seamless experience.
  2. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate documentation.
  3. Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, greet guests, and ensure a welcoming environment.
  4. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, manage schedules, and prepare reports related to F&B operations.

About You

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative or front-of-house role within the hospitality industry.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
