Key Responsibilities
- Reservations & Event Coordination: Manage guest bookings, coordinate events, and ensure a seamless experience.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, greet guests, and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, manage schedules, and prepare reports related to F&B operations.
About You
- Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative or front-of-house role within the hospitality industry.
- Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
