Heavy Machinery Handler

This is a full-time entry-level position in the management and manufacturing sector within building construction.

The role involves operating mobile plant equipment such as 360 material rehandlers, loading shovels, or wheeled front loaders following site instructions.

• Perform pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment safety and report any defects to maintenance teams.
• Maintain equipment in accordance with manufacturer and company procedures.
• Ensure good site housekeeping and cleanliness after shifts.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to facilitate smooth operations.
• Follow all safety protocols, risk assessments, and work procedures.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.

• Necessary qualification: NPORS certification for relevant machinery.
• Operational competence in heavy machinery handling.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail in inspections and reporting.
• Responsible approach to equipment use.
