Job Title: Senior Architect

Job Overview:

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced senior architect to lead plant design activities and coordinate with multi-discipline designers.

Your responsibilities will include performing architectural design work across several engineering disciplines in 2D/3D integrated design systems, conducting quality review checks for 2D/3D modeling and architectural deliverables, participating in design reviews, risk assessments, and vendor bid evaluations.

You will also assist in the generation of proposals, scopes, schedules, and budgets for projects, develop designer effort-hour estimates for architectural discipline, and display strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be an RIAI registered architect with 10+ years experience, a high degree of proficiency and speed in AutoCAD and Revit, understanding of local permitting legislation, building regulations, and health and safety legislation.

Prior experience in pharmaceutical or large-scale industrial projects is preferable, as well as proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel), strong relevant architectural design experience in industrial/advanced technology sector, experience in equipment layout definition, excellent English level - written and spoken.

We are looking for someone who can interact with engineering disciplines, clients, and vendors at all levels, familiar with BCaR, and have experience using REVIT and BIM desirable.

Key Qualifications:

  • RIA registered architect with 10+ years experience
