Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Anti-Money Laundering (AML) professional to join our team as a Transfer Agency AML Analyst.

This role is responsible for providing high-quality client service by ensuring the integrity of investor onboarding, screening, and transaction monitoring processes.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in AML, preferably in a transfer agency context, and be familiar with Ireland and European AML legislation.

A key aspect of this role is effective communication and analytical skills to manage queries and provide timely follow-ups with investors.

  • Responsibilities
  • Investor Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding of clients across multiple jurisdictions, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Ongoing Screening and Disposition: Continuously screen and dispose of related alerts, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Transaction Monitoring: Conduct thorough reviews of investor AML documentation, identifying potential risks and taking corrective action.
  • Query Management: Respond promptly to investor queries, demonstrating excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Due Diligence: Perform comprehensive due diligence reviews, preparing for visits by clients and Fund Money Laundering Reporting Officers.
Requirements
  • AML Experience: Proven experience in AML, preferably in a transfer agency environment.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Ireland and European AML legislation, with Luxembourg AML as an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills to manage queries and interact with investors effectively.
