Career Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced beauty trainer to join our team. As a key member of our education department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our customers.

Your primary objective will be to lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and consistently meeting or exceeding personal sales and service goals. You will also be responsible for driving commercial success through the delivery of world-class education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of our customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial success
  • Consistently lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Be an inspirational trainer, demonstrating confidence and always looking to share best practice and develop your own skills
  • Maintain accurate records of certification

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a beauty training role
  • Experience in driving events and masterclasses
  • Flagship retail experience
  • Lots of energy, passion, and the desire to be part of a dynamic and growing industry
