CPL is seeking a highly skilled Content Review Specialist to join our Integrity Operations team in Dublin. As a key member of our multicultural and diverse team, you will play a vital role in supporting social media communities across the world, helping to create a better and safer online environment for all users.

Your main tasks will involve investigating and resolving reported content by following company policies and local legal regulations. These reports may include various types of content, including pictures, videos, and posts, some of which can be of a sensitive nature. Due to this, strong personal resilience is essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content
  • Using market knowledge and insights to find solutions to improve the support of our client's community of users
  • Gathering, analyzing, and utilizing data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience
  • Recognizing trends and patterns and escalating issues to the global team
  • Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions
Requirements:
  • Strong personal resilience with the ability to operate in a pressured and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and most importantly – empathy
  • High adaptability and positive approach to challenges
  • Ability to make decisions, prioritize, solve problems, and work as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of €29,700 per year, with potential increments up to €39,500 based on shift pattern and performance-based bonuses (T&C apply). Additionally, we provide free meals, snacks, and beverages on-site, access to private healthcare, pension contribution scheme after 12 months of service, and 25 days of annual leave.

The office is located in Dublin South, offering a convenient and accessible workspace. Due to the sensitive nature of the job, work from home is not an option. The work schedule is 5 days a week, usually Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and Bank Holidays to ensure coverage.
