Child Care Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking experienced individuals to support separated children seeking international protection in a residential setting.
Successful candidates will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the daily needs of vulnerable children, including education, healthcare, and social activities
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with other professionals
- Providing emotional support and stability to children experiencing trauma and distress
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A third-level qualification in applied social studies or equivalent
- Prior experience in a caring role, preferably in a residential setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances
