Therapist Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled leader to head our therapeutic team. The successful candidate will have a doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, PSI Registration, and extensive experience working with children and adolescents.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and provide guidance to the team
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care and contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
• Offer consultation and training to other professionals within the organization

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
• PSI Registration
• Extensive experience working with children and adolescents
• Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Full driving license and access to own car is desirable
• Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction
• All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting
• International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16)
