Are you ready to take on a challenge that will bring you joy and fulfillment? We are seeking a talented individual to lead our Spirits Culture & Advocacy team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to shape the cultural landscape of the on-trade industry in Ireland.

As the Head of Spirits Culture & Advocacy, you will be responsible for designing and executing an annual engagement roadmap that showcases our luxury and core portfolios. You will work closely with our sales team to build lasting relationships with bartenders and bars, creating unforgettable moments and nurturing talent.

You will also own Diageo World Class end-to-end in Ireland, from recruitment to global stage preparation. This is an incredible opportunity to use your skills and experience to elevate the profile of our brands and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have high-level spirits knowledge, proven brand development and activation experience, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to build powerful relationships and work collaboratively within a team. If you are passionate about the on-trade industry and have a keen eye for innovation, we want to hear from you

Requirements:
  • High level spirits knowledge
  • Proven brand development and activation experience
  • At least 5 years experience within the On Trade with relevant Alc/Non Alc brands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build powerful relationships and work collaboratively within a team
