Job Summary

We're seeking a qualified solicitor to join our Banking and Financial Services team. The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of banking experience in a leading Irish or international law firm.

The ideal candidate will be driven, qualified, and committed to diversity, inclusion, and equality.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop further expertise in general corporate secured lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and development finance.
  • Regularly engage with senior lawyers to progress your development and training.
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years PQE in banking and financial services law.
  • Drafting experience of transactional banking, acquisition finance, and real estate finance facility and security documentation and familiarity with LMA-style documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to facilitate effective client and colleague interactions.
  • A commercial understanding of clients' needs.
  • Excellent technical and drafting skills, including attention to detail.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and high level of initiative.
  • A strong work ethic and adaptable approach to work.
