Job Summary:

McKelan Construction is currently seeking a highly skilled Residential Project Manager to oversee the management of high-end residential projects in South Dublin and North Wicklow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with planning, health and safety, and building standards.
  • Manage trades and labour force on site to a programme and schedule of works.
  • Maintain clean and safe conditions on site.

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 5+ years experience at Site Management level working for a main contractor or developer.
  • Trade or construction-related qualification.
  • Ability to take ownership of a project with particular attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
  • Full clean driver's license.

Skills:

In addition to the above requirements, it would be advantageous to have skills in:
  • Carpentry.
