Culinary Artist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Baker. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and baking high-quality bread and pastries, adhering to established recipes and production schedules.
• Operating ovens and monitoring baking times to ensure optimal results.
• Assisting in inventory management, ordering ingredients and tracking stock levels.
• Maintaining equipment cleanliness and ensuring adherence to HACCP and food safety standards.
• Contributing to new product development and providing input on production planning and execution.
• Accurately logging production outputs, inventory usage and sales data.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience in a commercial or artisan bakery setting.
• Advanced level of English language proficiency (spoken and understood).
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently and under pressure.
• High standards for consistency, quality, cleanliness and safety.
• A proactive team player with full-time availability and willingness to work flexible hours.
