TN Ireland is seeking a highly skilled Food Scientist and Technologist to join our team at our Global Technology & Innovation Centre in Naas. As a key member of our Meat RD&A team, you will be responsible for developing new food products that meet customer briefs for Global Restaurant Chains.

This exciting opportunity allows you to work with a talented team of food scientists and technologists who are dedicated to developing innovative solutions for the Foodservice poultry market.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop new food products using the Kerry Taste portfolio, while also linking consumer and customer insights into product development and renovation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop new food products using the Kerry Taste portfolio.
  • Link consumer and customer insights into development of new products and renovation of existing products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that new food products meet customer requirements and are compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Manage projects from ideation and development through to commercialization.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Foodservice market and customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement initiatives to reduce costs.
  • Maintain effective collaboration with Development & Application and Field Support teams.
  • Support customer engagements and presentations, with occasional travel to customers as needed.
  • Regularly report project updates to management and the wider team.
