Job Title: Full Time Childcare Assistant
Job DescriptionAt our childcare service, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a full-time childcare assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and providing high-quality care and education.
Responsibilities- Plan daily and weekly activities for the children in your care, including artwork and other creative pursuits.
- Assist in the learning and development of all children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and carry out regular observations to inform future planning.
- Support the development of a quality-based pre-school curriculum that meets the needs of all children.
Applicants must possess a minimum FETAC Level 5 qualification in childcare, along with excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong team ethos.
