Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Traffic Engineer who will provide support / assistance in the production of the tender design for the civil engineering aspects of the project. The successful candidate will be based in our Dublin office with regular attendance to the client office in Dublin City Centre.

  • The role would suit someone from a civil engineering background with specific experience on highways/roads.
  • The Transport Planning & Mobility Solutions at Jacobs is one of the most successful in Ireland and the UK, with a varied client base and strong pipeline of work, alongside supporting project teams across the globe.
  • The successful candidate will contribute to our ongoing success and help create a positive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • To be degree qualified in a relevant discipline (or equivalent)
  • Experience in the transport planning field with the ability to contribute to the success of a range of high profile transport projects
  • Working towards Chartered status or other relevant professional qualification e.g. Engineers Ireland, CIHT, TPP, CEng etc
  • A desire to develop your technical skills and the ability work independently in the field of Traffic Engineering
