As a Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales management, with a proven track record of leading teams to success.
You will work closely with the marketing team to improve messaging and lead quality, and collaborate with other departments to drive business growth.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A successful track record of sales management experience leading a team to sell into the SMB market.
- Experience managing directly or alongside a SDR team designed to go outbound and upmarket.
- Experience working with and managing a remote sales team.
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
