We are seeking skilled nursing professionals to join our clinical teams in the Leinster region.
As a community nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. This is a rewarding role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient care in accordance with best practice standards.
- Maintain accurate electronic patient records.
- Provide regular updates to clients and head office staff.
- Cannulation and phlebotomy skills are essential.
- You should have experience of IV therapy and care of central venous access devices.
- A high degree of self-motivation and evidence of personal and professional development are required.
- You must be an effective administrator with attention to detail.
- Good time management skills and computer skills in Word (Microsoft Office) and email are necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present to a multidisciplinary team are required.
- You should be able to quickly build good rapport with new contacts.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change are essential.
- You must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrates good sound judgement.
