Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt and thorough resolution of customer queries and issues.
- Manage internal and external customer enquiries, ensuring timely responses and effective issue resolution.
- Coordinate the scheduling of orders for delivery or collection, generating necessary documentation and communicating with drivers as required.
- Liaise with repair technicians to monitor status and chase outstanding calls, ensuring efficient resolution of customer complaints.
- Log and manage stock levels, issuing notifications to customers as necessary.
- Prepare and issue quotations to customers, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a service environment.
- Working knowledge of SAP and I.T. literacy are essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A flexible and hardworking approach, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
