Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt and thorough resolution of customer queries and issues.
  • Manage internal and external customer enquiries, ensuring timely responses and effective issue resolution.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of orders for delivery or collection, generating necessary documentation and communicating with drivers as required.
  • Liaise with repair technicians to monitor status and chase outstanding calls, ensuring efficient resolution of customer complaints.
  • Log and manage stock levels, issuing notifications to customers as necessary.
  • Prepare and issue quotations to customers, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a service environment.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and I.T. literacy are essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • A flexible and hardworking approach, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
