A financial institution is seeking a professional to support its lending operations, ideal for individuals starting or growing their career in the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Assist with loan processing, amendments, and approvals under team guidance.
  • Maintain records and assist with committee applications.
  • Provide administrative support for rescheduling, overdraft, and mortgage applications.
  • Collaborate with loans officers on daily tasks and projects.
  • Contribute to sustainable initiatives within the organisation.
Candidate Profile:
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field or commitment to pursue further studies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritise tasks.
  • Willingness to take on new tasks and projects.
  • Good IT and administration skills.
  • 1–2 years' experience in a similar role is desirable.
