About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing a high-performing team of digital marketing agencies, driving business growth, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead through demonstration, providing guidance and coaching to your team to drive success.
  • Manage KPIs, ensure deliverables are exceeded, and revenue targets are achieved.
  • Identify strategic areas of opportunity to drive increased productivity and success.
  • Develop, coach, and manage your team to ensure operational excellence.
  • Motivate and inspire your team in a goal-orientated way by driving optimum individual and team performance.
  • Day-to-day team management: weekly 1:1's, performance management, people management, staff resourcing, coaching, and forecasting & reporting.

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in French & English.
  • Team leadership experience of at least 2 years.
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency environment, paid media, ads, and sales of the latest trends associated with online marketing.
