Job Title: Department Head - Project and Programme Management

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our multidisciplinary team, covering project and programme management, commercial, digital, and production management. As the head of department, you will be responsible for delivering diverse projects while driving business growth.

About the Role
  • Lead a high-performing team to successfully deliver complex projects in an engineering consultancy environment.
  • Develop a business development strategy to grow external revenue streams and client base.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders, present ideas effectively, and drive collaboration between internal departments.
