At TN Ireland, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Counsellor to join our EAP team on a part-time basis. As an EAP Telephone Counsellor-ROI, you will be responsible for delivering a range of support services to clients via telephone and video calls.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified, accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist (L4 and above in Counselling) with IACP (or similar) accredited status to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent assessment skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
About the Role- You will be carrying out Initial Clinical Assessments/Triage of client needs, leading to appropriate clinical pathways.
- Delivering a range of support in our Pathway, which involves Booked Assessment Appointments, In The Moment Support or Booked Single Sessions via telephone and/or video calls.
- Carrying out Risk Assessments and following the Safeguarding and Risk Protocol process.
- A minimum of 450+ clinical hours experience as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist.
- The ability to work a minimum of 3x full days (22.5 hours per week). Part time is a pro-rata salary.
- Excellent IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- A keen team-player with excellent time management, clinical, communication and organisation skills.
- Previous EAP/telephone Counselling or time-limited assessment experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
