Chef de Partie Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food to high standards during service.
  • Maintain quality control of food production, ensuring dishes are prepared on time and to the correct standard.
  • Assist the head chef in managing kitchen operations, including stock management and health and hygiene procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating good interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two years' experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent.
  • A-la-carte cooking experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Benefits:
