Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated sales professional to join our team as a Partner Manager.

You will be responsible for creating new relationships with businesses in the DACH region, showcasing how they can build brand awareness and increase product sales using our unique digital marketing solutions and analytics.

As a Partner Manager, you will collaborate with clients to make a significant difference in their digital campaigns, teaching them all the tools and features of our platform.

Your primary focus will be on identifying, researching, and contacting potential new partner businesses that could benefit from our unique business proposition, delivering personalized product pitches.

You will work closely with existing advertisers to understand their goals and co-create effective marketing plans. Your role will involve gaining insight into partners' business goals in your niche market, offering educated advice to help them succeed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluently read, write, and speak German and English
  • Proven sales experience creating relationships with businesses and helping them achieve their goals
  • Understanding of digital marketing terms and metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS
  • Able to work towards sales targets
