We are currently seeking a skilled Contracts Manager who can take full accountability for the successful delivery of projects across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
Job Description- Take full accountability for the successful delivery of projects across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
- Lead and develop high-performing project teams, ensuring optimal resource utilisation and team motivation.
- Drive project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with internal departments and design teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of experience in construction, including a proven track record as a Contracts Manager.
- Extensive experience delivering high-value, large-scale projects with a Tier 1 contractor.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, commercial terms, and project management principles.
