We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Dublin Aerospace. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs to our team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing and Delivering Training Programs: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our team members.
- Conducting Training Needs Analysis: Identify training gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Managing E-Learning Solutions: Design, implement, and manage e-learning training solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supporting Trainees and Apprentices: Provide guidance, support, and oversight to trainees and apprentices throughout their training journey.
- Collaborating with Stakeholders: Engage with external bodies and internal stakeholders as necessary.
- Recording Training Data: Maintain accurate training records, adhering to business requirements and regulatory standards.
- Identifying New Opportunities: Continuously assess training opportunities to improve business performance.
Requirements:
- Qualifications and Experience: A level 7 qualification or above in an Aviation-related field or equivalent experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician.
- Training Qualification: Possess a training qualification, such as Train the Trainer, with demonstrable instruction experience.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Part 147, Part 145, and Part 66 regulations is desirable.
- Language Skills: Fluent English essential.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and influencing skills are required.
