Our team is a dynamic group that manages Apple's retail stores, workplaces and workplace services globally. We develop and manage Apple's real estate portfolio, lead capital construction projects and provide facilities and site services that exceed expectations.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a proven track record in delivering outstanding workplaces. They will have excellent people leadership skills, including experience working with all levels of an organisation, as well as strong communication and supervisory skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineering and facilities professionals to deliver and maintain Apple's corporate portfolio in Ireland.
- Represent our Places global team in Ireland and invest in developing this team.
- Oversee programs to foster consistency across teams in Places.
- Actively lead the portfolio to ensure compliance with local regulations, drive efficiencies and future-proof the real estate portfolio.
- Partner across all business units in Cork and Dublin and actively support Ireland site leadership on people initiatives.
Key qualifications include extensive knowledge of real estate portfolio management, buildings, building systems, machinery and quality improvement projects. The successful candidate will also possess the ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently, as well as capital and operating expense planning skills.
